The major underwater survey action will start in June, including 1) Lanyu Island, 2) Dongyuping, PengHu Island, 3) NorthEast Coast, 4) Shanyuan, Taitung Coast, 5) Green Island, 6) Liuqiu Island.

Before and After underwater action, many sharings, courses, forums will be held for divers and general public to know more about coral reef.

最近幾年全球暖化的問題越來越嚴重，尤其這幾年不少專家學者發現，全球暖化對海洋生態當中的珊瑚礁影響相當嚴重，而台灣在去年也發起所謂的珊瑚總體檢的活動，發現台灣的珊瑚白化現象越來越嚴重，全球暖化為何會造成珊瑚白化的原因？未來民間團體與學者該如何守護海洋生態環境?

2009年度體檢評量

【關於各地點珊瑚覆蓋率】

         統整2009年珊瑚礁總體檢的結果，平均珊瑚覆蓋率僅28.28%，而最高珊瑚覆蓋率出現在鼻頭角10m深(52.5%)，但僅約五成珊瑚覆蓋，第二高則是在綠島柴口10m處(51.875)，最低珊瑚覆蓋率則是蘭嶼機場外礁3m處(8.75%)，第二低則是在小琉球蛤板灣5m(9.375%)，2009台灣珊瑚礁總體檢結果顯示台灣週遭海域的珊瑚狀況仍令人擔心。
